This agreement is a legal contract between you and Jianguo VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the downloading, installation, registration, and use of the mobile VPN application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, lease, sublicense, or misuse the App, related trademarks, interfaces, or content without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users in an appropriate manner. Users are responsible for protecting devices, accounts, and passwords, and we do not recommend jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted system components.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as app stores, Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or payment-related providers. When using those functions, you may also be bound by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Service availability depends on your device status, network environment, carrier quality, regional policies, and third-party platform rules. If use is affected by unpaid bills, weak signal, data limits, system settings, roaming fees, or third-party service changes, the Service is not responsible for related extra costs or losses. Before using mobile data or roaming networks, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own behavior and must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and this agreement. Although we work to maintain accurate server, route, and client information, network conditions can change over time. To receive compatibility and security updates, you agree to install new versions when needed. If the Service ends or account rights expire, you must stop using the relevant functions and delete unauthorized copies of the software.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: All software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key or access to a digital product has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
